Dedric Daniels

 On Thursday, November 30th the Clay County Sheriff’s Office K9 unit initiated a traffic stop on Brame Avenue that resulted in the arrest of Dedric Daniels, age 28 of West Point with multiple counts of drug charges. Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott stated Daniels has been charged with Possession of Marijuana (misdemeanor), and 2 counts of felony Possession of Controlled Substances – Methamphetamine and MDMA. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics and the West Point Police Department.

Daniels is being held in the Clay County Detention Center with a $10,507.75 bond. His initial court appearance will be December 21, 2017 at the Clay County Justice Court.
