A traffic stop initiated by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit resulted in the arrest of Leigh Ann Hall, age 32 of Amory on April 16th on Pine Grove Road. Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott stated investigators seized approximately 1 gram of Methamphetamine. Hall was also served with 3 separate circuit court bench warrants.
Hall remains incarcerated at the Clay County Detention Center.
Scott said the K9 Unit continues to be an effective tool in fighting illegal narcotics in our community.
