Michael Langley

A traffic stop initiated by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office Investigators and Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics resulted in the arrests of Stanley Scott, age 60 and Michael Langley, age 54 both of West Point on June 28th on Tubb Avenue in West Point. Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott stated investigators seized approximately 1 gram of Methamphetamine. Scott has been charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Marijuana (misdemeanor) and Langley with Possession of Methamphetamine. Langley also has a circuit court bench warrant for the charge of Burglary of a Business. 

Both are incarcerated at the Clay County Detention Center. Bond was set for Scott at $5,507.75 and Langley’s bond is $10,000.00.
