Clay County Sheriff’s Office Investigators have arrested and charged two individuals with the burglary of the Clay County White Goods Collection Center on Hwy. 47 in Clay County.

 Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott stated Gregory Moore, age 42 of Cedar Bluff has been charged with burglary and Karla Moore, age 48 also of Cedar Bluff has been charged with accessory after the fact (burglary). The burglary occurred between March 2 – March 5. Investigators confiscated two lawnmowers after a search warrant was executed at the suspect’s residence.

Both individuals remain incarcerated at the Clay County Detention Center. Bond has been set at $2,500.00 for Karla Moore and $5,000.00 for Gregory Moore. A hold by the Mississippi Department of Corrections has also been placed on Gregory Moore.
