Jessica Howard

A traffic stop initiated by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit on March 25th on Tibbee Road resulted in the arrest of Jessica Howard, age 30 of Columbus. Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott stated the K-9 alerted the deputy on approximately 1 gram of methamphetamine. Investigators have charged Howard with Possession of Methamphetamine. Bond was set at $5,000.00 for Howard.
