Michael Hemphill

On August 12th, Clay County Sheriff’s Office Deputies assisted by the West Point Police Department served an outstanding warrant on Michael Hemphill, age 39 of West Point. Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott said upon arrest deputies discovered Methamphetamine and a misdemeanor amount of Marijuana on Hemphill.  Hemphill is currently incarcerated at the Clay County Detention Center with a bond of $5,507.75.
