In two unrelated arrests, the Clay County Sheriff's Narcotic Agents have charged Jane Cooper, age 61 of Cedar Bluff with Possession of Cocaine and Raiericka Cummings, age 49. She has been released on a $5,000.00 bond awaiting a preliminary court hearing in the Clay County Justice Court. In an unrelated arrest, agents have charged Raiericka Cummings, age 49 of Pheba with 1 count of Possession of Cocaine and 1 count of Possession of Methamphetamine. Cummings remains incarcerated the Clay County Detention Center with bond set at $5,000.00 per county. She is awaiting her initial court appearance.
