On May 9th, Clay County Sheriff's Office Investigators arrested and charge Julius Quinn, age 40 of West Point with Possession of Burglary Tools and Grand Larceny. The charges stem from witness's account of the suspect in the act of cutting out a catalytic converter.
Quinn remains incarcerated at the Clay County Detention Center with a bond pending.
