Clay County Sheriff's Office Deputies responded to call involving a shooting into a nightclub in the Una community in the early morning hours on July 9, 2022. Sheriff Eddie Scott stated that 1 individual was grazed by a bullet but has not came forward to press charges. Arrested and charged in the incident were Cantron Davidson, age 23 and Antavious Gates, age 21 both of West Point. Davidson was charged with Accessory after the Fact on July 9th. His bond was set at $10,000.00. Antavious Gates was charged with Shooting into a Nightclub. He was arrested on July 11th and bond was set at $10,000.00. Both individuals are out on bond. Another individual involved is to set to turn himself in on July 13, 2022.
