Tsilvian Caulder

On January 11th the Clay County Sheriff's Office Deputies arrested and charged Tsilvian Caulder, age 22 of Houston with Possession of MDMA (18 dosage units) and Possession of Marijuana during a safety check point on Hwy. 46 in Clay County.

Bond was set at $5,507.75.
