Christopher Hardy

Clay County Sheriff's Office Investigators have arrested and charged Christopher Hardy, age 58 of West Point with making a terroristic threat.  Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott stated the incident stemmed from last week at the Clay County Courthouse. Specific threats of bodily harm were made to county employees and visitors present. Hardy remains incarcerated at the Clay County Detention Center with an arraignment pending for Thursday, March 9th at Clay County Justice Court.
