Stephen Foster

A routine traffic stop conducted by a Clay County Sheriff's Office Deputy on May 8th resulted in the arrest of Stephen Foster, age 57 of West Point. Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott stated the Clay County K-9 unit deployed K-9 Spike on the vehicle and alerted the deputy to discover methamphetamine.  Approximately 1 gram of methamphetamine was recovered. Foster was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $2,500.00.
