A combined investigation between the Clay County Sheriff's Office and the West Point Police Department resulted in the arrest of a 2nd suspect in the recent Adventure ATV burglary. Diquavious Henderson, age 22 of West Point was charged with 1 count of burglary of a commercial building, 3 counts of tampering with physical evidence and 2 counts of taking of a motor vehicle. Henderson was also served with a felony indictment for false pretense. Henderson remains incarcerated with a $5,000.00 bond for the false pretense charge and awaiting bond on remaining charges.
