Kenneth McWilliams, Jr.

Clay County Sheriff's Office Investigators have arrested and charged Kenneth McWilliams, Jr., age 41 of West Point with 1 count of Sexual Battery (under age 14) and 1 count of Sexual Battery (under age 18), 1 county of Enticement of a child to meet for sexual purposes and Felony taking of a Motor Vehicle. Sheriff Eddie Scott stated during the investigation McWilliams fled to the State of Indiana and was apprehended by the Porter Indiana Police Department. Scott said an ongoing investigation with the Clay County Sheriff's Office, the Oktibbeha County Sheriff's Office and the District Attorney's Office is ongoing. Bond has been set at 2 million dollars by the Clay County Justice Court. McWilliams remains incarcerated at the Clay County Detention Center.
