Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott states a wanted fugitive from Clay County has been captured in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Authorities in Pennsylvania arrested Caleb Heard on unrelated charges and discovered he was wanted by Clay County on the charges of Burglary of a Church. Sheriff Scott said extradition proceedings are underway and expect return of the suspect in the near future.
