Thomas E. Williams

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office has arrested and charged Thomas E. Williams, age 72, of Pheba with 2 counts of arson.

Bond has been set at $100,000.00. Preliminary court date has been set for September 15, 2016 at the Clay County Justice Court.
